About The Position

OpinionRoute is rebuilding the way research gets executed by investing for the Operations function at a scale never previously attempted. Our clients are rewarding us for it. As we experience a significant growth spurt, we are planning for bigger things. We need a leader with deep quantitative MR operations experience to help lead our Delivery teams from the inside out to 2x growth in the next few years. We envision ourselves as a case study in how small to mid-sized MRAs can thrive. The right leader for this role will bring a track record in this industry of evolving delivery teams through large scale growth cycles and carry a passion for the people involved in MRX. The S/VP of Operations is a strategic leader responsible for optimizing OpinionRoute's operational system amidst rapid growth over the next 3-5 years. This leader will measure and refine all processes to produce outcomes most favorable for clients, and by extension, the overall business. You will inherit a stable structure, mature team, and committed team leads with a defined structure for workload balancing in a high-tech atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Make performance visible. Delivery quality measurement. You will analyze and report on performance, from the Navigator, in front of the executive leadership team.
• Make expertise repeatable. We have deep sampling and research operations expertise. You will turn this wisdom into systemic models, training, and habits that make new hires.
• Make the handoffs disappear. Questionnaire to programming, programming to field, field to data visualization, data visualization to project close. We seek to master the gaps that kill momentum in MR operations.
