About The Position

Exodigo is seeking an exceptional leader to scale its US operations and lead through its next phase of growth, following a $96M Series B round. The VP Operations & Project Delivery will lead the US Operations organization, responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling the operational infrastructure to support Exodigo’s rapid expansion in the US market. This is a high-impact role for a strategic builder.

Requirements

  • Must possess a Professional Engineering (PE) License.
  • 10+ years of engineering and project management experience in major infrastructure projects (Utilities, Transportation, or Government sectors).
  • Experience in a high-growth environment where you had to create processes rather than just follow them.
  • Strong background in cost estimating, scheduling, and executing engineering on large-scale projects.
  • Ability to work seamlessly with international teams and foster a strong connection with our HQ in Israel.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for project oversight and client interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of project success and high-quality client deliverables.
  • Maintain a 'Control Tower' view of all ongoing projects, supporting the creation of systems and dashboards for high-level decision-making to improve delivery, budget management, and scope.
  • Own the 'Project Process', continuously learning, improving, and building operational procedures from the ground up as the architect of the execution model.
  • Create, track, and optimize the annual Operations budget, ensuring ROI and efficient resource allocation across the US team.
  • Serve as the primary Operations POC for all strategic sales processes, representing the operational perspective, ensuring feasibility, and providing critical inputs to close high-stakes deals.
  • Drive knowledge sharing and alignment within the Ops organization and across departments (Product, Sales, HQ, Logistics) to ensure a unified execution strategy.
  • Establish and measure operational KPIs on an ongoing basis, using data to identify gaps, improve efficiency, and ensure the US team meets its growth targets.
