Reporting to the Commercialization Leader, OnePay, VP Marketing (L14), the Partner & Product Marketing leader will drive product marketing strategy, value proposition development, and partner marketing initiatives to accelerate adoption and program growth for the OnePay and Walmart credit program. This role will translate marketing and roadmap priorities into clear positioning, compelling messaging, and actionable go-to-market plans, ensuring campaign readiness across channels and touchpoints. The successful candidate will consistently demonstrate strong project management skills, organization, financial planning, and influence in bringing key initiatives to market. This leader will partner closely across Synchrony and OnePay functions—including product, sales, analytics, finance, and tech teams—to ensure deliverables are aligned to portfolio outcomes in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
