We are seeking a high-impact, executive-level VP of Sales to lead the next stage of commercial growth for a fast-paced, high-performance egg company in hyper-growth mode. This role is designed for a strategic and hands-on commercial leader who can build and lead a scalable sales organization, drive profitable revenue growth, strengthen customer and supplier relationships, expand market opportunities, and help shape the company's broader commercial strategy. The VP of Sales will be responsible for leading the sales and trading function, building stronger systems of accountability, developing sales leaders, and ensuring the company is positioned to win in a fast-moving, margin-sensitive, relationship-driven market. The ideal candidate has led sales teams in food, commodities, perishables, produce, protein, brokerage, wholesale distribution, agriculture, or another complex commercial environment where speed, trust, pricing discipline, supply chain execution, and market judgment matter. This person must bring executive presence, strong commercial instincts, high standards, and the ability to scale a business without slowing it down.
