AMD is seeking an experienced and strategic VP of Sales to lead the commercialization of its cutting-edge dental products across domestic and international markets. The successful candidate will manage and expand sale team strategically to achieve revenue and profit goals.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in leadership in sale team management and development within the dental industry.
  • Strong sales background with experience in direct sales, distribution, Dental Service Organizations (DSO), educational institutions, and government agencies within the U.S. market.
  • International sales experience is required, with a strong understanding of various international markets and cultures.
  • Ability to adapt to and thrive within a technology-driven, manufacturing-focused environment.
  • Experience building teams, developing strategies that evolve as needs change, and delivering resources to sales teams.
  • Track record of utilizing data for analytics and decision making, implementing CRM changes and improving CRM engagement, and holding team accountable to all metrics.
  • Consistent ability to deliver results on time and on target.

Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the CEO and lead the sales teams to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and profit goals.
  • Working with marketing team closely to create contents to drive sales.
  • Build, expand, and optimize the sales teams within budgetary guidelines to grow sales across multiple channels, including direct sales, special market, and distributions (domestic and international).
  • Develop and manage monthly and quarterly budgets, ensuring successful execution to achieve financial targets.
  • Create and implement effective strategies for direct sales, special markets, distribution partnerships, and international market expansion.
  • Managing day to day sales activities and setup daily sales and activity metrics to measure performance of each sales channel in real time.
  • Expertise in sales enablement, ensuring that all teams have the necessary tools, education, and coaching to be successful on all fronts
