About The Position

Vice President of Sales Location: Corporate Headquarters Cincinnati, Ohio Reporting to: President The Opportunity Organized Living® is a privately held, 100+ year-old company at an exciting inflection point. With a strong foundation in manufacturing and selling home storage solutions through a nationwide network of independent dealers, and a growing proprietary software platform Bid360®. The company is well positioned as a tech-enabled manufacturer for its next phase of scalable growth. We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and evolve our national sales organization. This is a critical leadership role for a proven sales executive who can execute strategy in a complex, channel-driven environment, develop high-performing sales personnel, and accelerate profitable revenue growth across all sales divisions. The Vice President of Sales will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, shaping company strategy and partnering closely with Marketing, Operations, and Software to strengthen Organized Living’s market position. The Vice President of Sales Will: Lead enterprise-wide sales execution in alignment with company strategy and financial objectives Drive consistent revenue growth through disciplined sales management, channel optimization, and performance accountability Strengthen and scale the national sales organization to support long-term growth Partner cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class customer and dealer experience Build a high-performance, values-driven sales culture aligned with Organized Living’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values Primary Responsibilities Include: Full leadership responsibility for the national sales team, achieving shared monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive strategic sales plan aligned with company growth objectives Establish and manage clear sales KPIs, forecasting, and performance rhythms using CRM and Microsoft 365 tools Partner closely with Marketing to develop effective sales tools, programs, and demand-generation initiatives Continuously evaluate sales structure, territories, and reporting relationships to ensure scalability and efficiency Coach, develop, and mentor sales leaders and team members to build bench strength and promote from within Represent the voice of Sales as a senior leader, contributing to enterprise planning and decision-making Serve as a senior ambassador with key dealers, strategic accounts, and channel partners What Success Looks Like (First 12–24 Months): Consistent achievement and acceleration of national sales growth targets A clearly defined and scalable sales structure aligned with channel strategy Improved sales productivity, forecasting accuracy, and CRM adoption A strong, engaged, and empowered sales team Deep alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support customer success QualificationsIdeal Background / Requirements: Proven success leading a multi-level, national B2B sales organization in a complex selling environment Demonstrated ability to design and execute sales structures that drive sustained results Strong experience developing, coaching, and mentoring sales leaders and teams Track record of building and executing strategic sales plans with P&L responsibility Expertise partnering with Marketing on sales enablement and digital marketing initiatives 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in a B2B environment Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft 365 (Dynamics, SharePoint, Teams) Building products, manufacturing, or channel-driven industry experience preferred Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills High emotional intelligence and a collaborative, people-first leadership style Hands-on, visible leader willing to travel as needed Why Organized Living® Privately held, financially stable, and growth-oriented Market-leading brand with a unique combination of physical products and industry-leading software Strong culture rooted in integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement Competitive compensation and benefits, including profit sharing and a 401(k) match, and stock options Opportunity to make a significant impact and help shape the next phase of company growth As America’s leading brand for high-quality home storage and organization systems, Organized Living® offers the right products for every project, budget, and need supported by powerful, industry-leading software. Requirements

  • Proven success leading a multi-level, national B2B sales organization in a complex selling environment
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute sales structures that drive sustained results
  • Strong experience developing, coaching, and mentoring sales leaders and teams
  • Track record of building and executing strategic sales plans with P&L responsibility
  • Expertise partnering with Marketing on sales enablement and digital marketing initiatives
  • 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in a B2B environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft 365 (Dynamics, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • High emotional intelligence and a collaborative, people-first leadership style
  • Hands-on, visible leader willing to travel as needed
