Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or Healthcare Administration.
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience, particularly in healthcare revenue cycles.
- Proven success in closing complex, high-value deals at the C-suite level.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle and meet revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse internal teams.
- Experience with new technologies (e.g., AI, Chat GPT) to drive efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory or domain plans to expand market footprint.
- Build strong relationships with C-suite and executive-level stakeholders.
- Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, from qualification to closing.
- Create bundled, innovative solution packages aligned with customer needs.
- Deliver measurable financial impacts for prospects by aligning solutions with objectives.
- Coordinate efforts across various business units to support end-to-end solutions.
- Manage accurate forecasting, pipeline development, and account planning.
- Serve as the executive contact for customers until transition to Client Success Manager.
