We are seeking an experienced Group Sales Manager to lead sales strategy and execution for the Sweeper & Safety Group, which includes Schwarze Industries, ODB (Old Dominion Brush), Nitehawk Sweepers, and Royal Truck & Equipment. These businesses serve municipal, contractor, and industrial markets with industry-leading street sweepers, debris collectors, and truck-mounted safety equipment. The Group Sales Manager will oversee direct and dealer channel performance, CRM utilization, market forecasting, marketing campaigns, and coordination of trade shows. A critical responsibility is leading product management input through the pragmatic framework of Voice of the Customer (VOC) — ensuring customer insights shape the product roadmap and drive long-term growth. This role reports directly to the Group Vice President of Sweeper & Safety and will play a central role in unifying sales efforts across the four brands.
