About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Director of Marketing with deep, well-rounded experience across multiple marketing disciplines — including graphics, branding, SEO, social media, catalogs, and digital execution . This is not a narrow, siloed role. We’re looking for someone who owns marketing end-to-end , leads with accountability, and thrives in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment . Experience with EOS and LMA-style leadership is strongly preferred. This role requires someone who takes full ownership, leads decisively, and drives results — not just strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading marketing in a multi-channel, execution-heavy environment
  • Strong, hands-on background in graphics, SEO, social media, digital, and print/catalogs
  • Experience operating within EOS, LMA, or similar accountability frameworks
  • Ownership mindset — treats marketing like their own business
  • Comfortable making decisions quickly in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong leadership presence; able to hold people accountable and develop talent
  • Data-aware, execution-focused, and results-driven

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals
  • Own all major marketing channels: branding, creative, SEO, digital, social, and print
  • Ensure marketing initiatives move fast, stay on brand, and drive measurable impact
  • Balance long-term brand building with short-term execution and performance
  • Creative & Brand Leadership
  • Oversee visual identity, graphics, catalogs, and marketing materials
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation across all platforms and touchpoints
  • Partner closely with creative leadership to bring campaigns to life
  • Act as a senior brand steward — clear, confident, and professional
  • Digital & Growth Marketing
  • Own website performance, SEO strategy, and online presence
  • Drive engagement and growth through social media and digital campaigns
  • Use data and reporting to adjust strategy and improve ROI
  • Stay current with tools, platforms, and best practices
  • Leadership, Ownership & Accountability
  • Lead and develop the marketing team with clear expectations and accountability
  • Operate using EOS / LMA principles — clear priorities, ownership, and follow-through
  • Take full responsibility for outcomes, not just activity
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with constant priorities
  • Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to support growth objectives
  • Align marketing efforts with company-wide initiatives and launches
  • Represent marketing clearly and professionally at the leadership level
