Antithesis is seeking a strategic and hands-on Global Revenue Operations Leader to build and scale the operational foundation for its go-to-market organization. This role will collaborate with executive leadership across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, HR, Strategy & BizOps, and IT to enhance predictable revenue growth, operational efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and scalable global processes. The ideal candidate possesses a combination of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, systems expertise, a forward-looking RevOps approach, and operational leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies. This position will be responsible for global revenue operations strategy, encompassing forecasting, planning, territories, compensation operations, systems, reporting, process optimization, and GTM alignment across different regions.
