About The Position

Maze is seeking a VP of People to lead its global People function and serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP will join the executive team and lead a small, experienced People team spanning Talent Acquisition and People Operations. The role covers the full employee experience, including talent strategy, organizational design, compensation and benefits, performance, leadership development, employee relations, and culture. The VP will bring an AI-first mindset to the People function, using technology, data, and automation to simplify work, improve decision-making, and increase the team's impact. The role will also champion effective AI use across the company, helping teams develop practical workflows and automations.
