About The Position

HACO Culinary is looking for a strategic, results-driven Vice President of Operations to lead manufacturing and supply chain operations across two production facilities. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive role will drive operational excellence, efficiency, food safety compliance, and continuous improvement while supporting growth through expansions and acquisitions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of operations experience in food manufacturing
  • 3+ years in senior or executive leadership
  • Experience leading capital projects, expansions, and/or acquisitions
  • Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, and financial management
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop senior leaders and plant managers
  • Strong change leadership skills, with experience driving transformation and continuous improvement
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and align operations with business strategy
  • Clear, confident communicator who builds trust, accountability, and collaboration
  • Decisive, data-driven leader who balances strategy with hands-on execution
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through expansions and M&A activity

Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing operations and plant leadership across CA & IL
  • Supply chain, procurement, and inventory optimization
  • Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Operational budgeting, capital planning, and cost control
  • IFS and food safety compliance
  • Development of high-performing, accountable leadership teams
  • Capital projects, facility expansions, and equipment investments
  • Operational integration and due diligence support for acquisitions
