Nitra is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead and scale its marketing organization with a clear accountability to revenue. This role will oversee demand generation, product marketing, content, and events, while building the strategy, systems, and processes necessary to drive sustainable ARR growth. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and developing marketing teams in healthcare technology, setting marketing strategy, owning budgets, and translating company goals into measurable marketing outcomes. They should be comfortable operating in a VC-backed technology environment, partnering closely with Sales and Product, and owning full-funnel performance from pipeline generation through revenue impact.
