About The Position

The VP of Learning Product will define the learning architecture for LearnQuest's portfolio, focusing on enterprise needs, role-based structures, and modalities for durable skill development. This role emphasizes designing learning experiences that prioritize practice and application, incorporating assessment, simulation, coached practice, and real-world application. The position requires anticipating the rapid evolution of enterprise AI, including generative AI tools, agent orchestration, AI governance, and human-AI workflow design. The VP will also design the assessment framework, including diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments, and build a measurement model connecting learning to workforce capability and business impact. Developing skills taxonomies and competency frameworks for AI-enabled work is also a key responsibility. The role involves leading the content strategy for role-specific AI learning journeys across various functions, directing content development with AI-assisted workflows, and curating content from vendor partners. Product management responsibilities include owning the product roadmap, making build-versus-buy decisions, leading cross-functional execution, driving rapid iteration, and maintaining strategic partnerships. Commercial ownership involves managing the business performance of the AI Enablement portfolio, including revenue, margin, and growth targets, designing pricing and packaging, and partnering with enterprise sales to close engagements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product management or learning product strategy
  • At least 3 years leading learning products in an enterprise context
  • Deep expertise in learning design, adult capability development, and instructional strategy
  • Understanding of how adults build complex skills, why practice outperforms content consumption, and how to design for measurable behavioral change
  • Track record of building and shipping learning products
  • Understanding of product development lifecycles, iterative delivery, and how to translate learning strategy into scalable product experiences
  • Applied understanding of AI at the product level, with a perspective on how AI is changing work and why most AI training falls short
  • Deep understanding of enterprise L&D buyers: how CLOs, CHROs, and CIOs evaluate, budget for, measure, and renew learning investments
  • P&L or business unit ownership experience with accountability for revenue, pricing, and margin
  • Experience leading distributed, international teams with blended onshore and offshore delivery models

Nice To Haves

  • Background in skills architecture, competency modeling, or workforce capability assessment
  • Experience at or familiarity with enterprise learning platforms, enablement platforms, or AI-native learning companies
  • Familiarity with LLM-powered learning experiences: AI-driven practice environments, coaching, simulation, or adaptive content delivery
  • Background in enterprise sales cycles ($100K+ ACV), including pilot-to-production conversion
  • Experience with AI-assisted content development workflows

  • Lead the content strategy for role-specific AI learning journeys.
  • Direct content development across onshore and offshore teams, leveraging AI-assisted workflows.
  • Curate and integrate content from LearnQuest's vendor partner ecosystem.
  • Own the product roadmap and make build-versus-buy-versus-partner decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional execution across product, content, engineering, and design teams.
  • Drive rapid iteration from concept to pilot to scale, validating in-market with real enterprise clients.
  • Maintain existing partnerships and ensure all KPIs are met.
  • Develop new strategic partnerships.
  • Own the business performance of the AI Enablement portfolio, including revenue, margin, and growth targets.
  • Design pricing and packaging that reflects the value of outcome-driven enablement.
  • Partner with enterprise sales to position, pilot, and close AI enablement engagements.
