About The Position

Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive leadership in health, human services, or public health.
- Deep familiarity with data-sharing frameworks (HIPAA, CIEs/HIEs, SDOH).
- Track record of leading multi-agency collaborations.
- Strategic thinker.
- Comfortable in a boardroom and a community meeting.
