About The Position

Strategic, customer-focused Vice President of Pre-Sales to lead our AI security solutions engineering organization. This executive will partner closely with sales, product, customer success and executive leadership to drive revenue growth, increase technical win rates and build scalable presales excellence across enterprise and channel markets. This leader must combine deep cybersecurity and AI expertise with executive communication skills, operational rigor, people leadership and a hands on mentality.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in presales leadership
  • International team management
  • Strong knowledge in network security, AI applications and tools
  • Track record of scaling high performing presales teams

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leadership to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Improve technical win rates, competitive differentiation and sales cycle velocity
  • Support strategic enterprise and global accounts
  • Participate in executive customer meetings, EBR’s and EBC’s
  • Help shape territory strategy, account planning and deal qualification
  • Recruit, develop and retain high performing presales talent
  • Build culture of accountability, technical excellence and customer obsession
  • Develop scalable presales processes, methodologies and standards
  • Establish KPI’s
  • Lead organizational planning, headcount strategy and skills development
  • Be an executive technical advisor to customer, partners and prospects
  • Guide complex technical sales campaigns
  • Oversee demos, workshops, POC’s, assessments and solution validation
  • Teach SE’s how to translate customer business outcomes into AI security solutions
  • Be a thought leader regarding evolving threat landscapes and industry trends
  • Be a vocal participant with product development and product marketing
  • Be a vocal participant regarding competitive feedback
  • Be a vocal participant with marketing regarding messaging, events and thought leadership
  • Be a vocal participant with customer success to improve adoption and expansion opportunities
  • Standardize technical sales methodologies and deal review processes
  • Improve POC qualification and forecasting accuracy
  • Optimize presales coverage models
  • Drive consistency in proposal, POC wrap up, RFP response quality
