About The Position

ITPartners+ is seeking a hands-on VP of Finance to lead its next stage of growth. The company is an $18M IT Managed Services Provider scaling through acquisitions, operating across multiple entities, and committed to strong financial discipline and execution. The ideal candidate will be a leader who thrives in growth and complexity, comfortable in the details of owning close, cash, and integration, while also guiding strategic decisions. Experience in a multi-entity environment, understanding the pace of M&A, and building structure without slowing momentum are key. The role requires consistency, clarity, and accountability in the finance function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, GAAP, M&A, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Motivated to learn and adapt to areas you may be unfamiliar with.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out company culture, lead and develop the finance team, and model company values.
  • Establish clear structure and accountability within the finance function.
  • Own the financial component of the EOS Scorecard and reporting cadence.
  • Own and execute GAAP-accurate monthly and annual close across all entities, including reconciliations, audit readiness, and financial accuracy.
  • Establish and maintain standardized accounting practices, intercompany structure, cash alignment, and multi-entity consolidation.
  • Own core financial systems.
  • Oversee and enforce billing accuracy, AR discipline, collections, payroll, and tax compliance to ensure predictable cash flow.
  • Maintain clear visibility into cash across all entities.
  • Own short- and long-range forecasting, annual budgeting, and reforecasting.
  • Provide financial modeling and clear insights to support leadership decision-making.
  • Own financial execution of acquisitions from diligence through close.
  • Lead post-acquisition financial integration, including systems alignment, purchase accounting, intercompany structure, and entity consolidation.
  • Own business insurance strategy and coverage.
  • Manage broker relationships.
  • Ensure appropriate risk mitigation and compliance across all entities, states, and financial requirements.
