About The Position

The VP, Employer Services Analytics is a visionary leadership position responsible for architecting Equifax’s data-driven strategy and transforming complex internal data into high-value client products. You will serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, using expert data storytelling to influence business evolution and solve critical client pain points. This role requires a technical leader who can bridge the gap between rigorous data engineering and executive decision-making, while fostering a high-performance culture of "curiosity-driven" innovation across a multi-disciplinary team of analysts and scientists.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing teams of analytical consultants, data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists.
  • Deep knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, etc.
  • Work experience with regulated data is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Workforce and people analytics experience is preferred.
  • A Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a highly quantitative field is preferred.
  • Work experience with regulated data is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Architect the data-driven future and shape the roadmap for sales enablement, marketing, and product evolution.
  • Package internal data assets into products and services that are value-added to Employer clients.
  • Proactively influence business decisions on product development by synthesizing industry trends, customer behaviors, and internal analytics.
  • Present complex data narratives to clients, identifying white-space opportunities and solving critical business pain points.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and data dashboards that translate technical insights into compelling stories for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Architect and oversee robust, scalable data pipelines and reporting frameworks to support the full suite of Employer Services products.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring mid-level analysts and engineers, setting the bar for technical rigor and "curiosity-driven" innovation.
