About The Position

This role is for a hands-on senior product designer who thrives at the intersection of consumer-focused wealth planning, AI-enabled experiences, and scalable design systems. You’ll design for a zero-to-one product portfolio: shaping interaction models, designing critical flows, and partnering closely with Business, Engineering, and your Design Team colleagues. You’ll be setting a high bar through craft and execution. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where there is a balance of working from home and office.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional partners
  • Familiarity with modern design tools and prototyping methods (e.g., Figma, prototyping libraries, experimentation)
  • Fluency in research methods, from product and feature validation through usability testing
  • 10+ years of experience in product design, with experience leading complex, data-rich products
