We are seeking a seasoned Vice President of Business Development with deep experience in Property & Casualty and Workers’ Compensation TPA services who can originate business and create opportunity from a blank slate. You will be responsible for building and managing a robust sales pipeline with discipline and transparency. This role is for a seasoned business development leader who already has established relationships with brokerages, programs, and self-insureds, with deep market knowledge, and credibility. You must be comfortable selling complex solutions to sophisticated buyers and closing complex deals with self-insureds and broker partners. In this role you will build and convert your own pipeline, deliver measurable results aligned with growth target, represent Davies at the highest level, and expand our footprint through new client acquisition. Candidates must be located in California, the Midwest or the Southeastern part of the U.S.
