About The Position

The VP of Brand will serve as the brand steward for A.L.C., responsible for leading and evolving the brand's visual and verbal identity across all touchpoints. This role oversees the entire creative process—from concept through execution—ensuring alignment with business goals, cultural relevance, and brand authenticity. This individual will manage internal creative teams and external agency partners, while also acting as a key cross-functional leader interfacing with marketing, product, merchandising and e-commerce teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the in-house creative team including art direction, graphic design, and copywriting—from ideation to execution.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand’s aesthetic across all owned and paid channels.
  • Oversee seasonal and campaign concepting, ensuring brand storytelling is consistent, aspirational, and resonant.
  • Manage photoshoot productions from A to Z in partnership with cross functional teams.
  • Drive the creative strategy across social media, influencer marketing, paid media, e-commerce, and direct marketing.
  • Ensure a cohesive and compelling customer experience across all brand channels—i.e. email, site, print, OOH, digital, and retail environments.
  • Build and nurture the brand community by identifying and aligning with individuals, partners, and influencers that embody A.L.C.'s style and ethos.
  • Champion cultural relevance and inclusivity in all brand expressions.
  • Partner with growth, digital, and merchandising teams to utilize data and performance insights to guide creative decision-making.
  • Continuously test and iterate based on performance metrics to optimize content, creative formats, and messaging.
  • Lead and inspire internal team of creatives and oversee external partners including PR and creative agencies.
  • Ensure seamless communication between internal departments and external collaborators.
  • Own the creative execution calendar in alignment with product drops, campaign timelines, and business objectives.
  • Serve as the guardian of brand consistency across all external-facing materials and internal tools.
