About The Position

The Regional Marketing Specialist is a critical member of the Company’s Marketing team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Design graphics, electronic, printed collateral, videos, and marketing pieces for the Company. Coordinate marketing tasks for large company events to ensure they represent our vision and adherence to our brand. Manage printed collateral for company brands including creative, copywriting, production, and distribution. Manage Promotional inventory and ordering process including special pricing needs. Assist with eblasts for the company including creative, copywriting, production, and electronic distribution. Assist with company social media program including creative, copywriting, videos, scheduling and agreed upon metrics. Monitor and report on relevant stats. Execute special projects including surveys, PowerPoint assistance, and company videos. Create Education flyers; provide event support and create videos used in marketing efforts. Work with Marketing Communications Director to develop new tools, programs and materials needed to support innovation, sales, and marketing efforts. Write website copy and creative updates as needed.

Requirements

  • Well-rounded professional skills are essential in this role.
  • In addition to a solid understanding of print and Web, and email production content, the marketing communications coordinator must create and adhere to strict timelines and have excellent organizational skills.
  • The marketing communications coordinator performs a variety of specialized functions to increase a company's visibility through the development and distribution of information and materials.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task, problem solve, prioritize and process customer and team needs with urgency and efficiency.
  • Applicant must have working knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • A degree in marketing, graphic design, communication, journalism, public relations, or previous experience is preferred.
  • Experience with video production software, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop) is preferred.
