How you’ll make an impact: Carter’s, Inc. is seeking a Brand Marketing Coordinator, Emerging Brands to join our marketing team and support the development and execution of campaigns that strengthen emotional connections between our brand and consumers. This role will play a critical part in shaping how families experience our brands across digital, retail, and wholesale channels. As part of the integrated brand marketing team, you’ll support campaign planning, content development, and performance reporting, always with a focus on delivering seamless, emotionally resonant brand experiences that drive both growth and loyalty. This role typically reports to the Brand Marketing Manager, is based in our Buckhead office, and is on-site 4 days a week. 50%: Brand Marketing Execution – Creating Consumer Connection Support the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns designed to create meaningful, emotional connections with consumers. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align creative storytelling with product priorities and promotional strategies. Assist in writing campaign briefs that incorporate consumer insights and emotional drivers to inspire creative direction. Help manage the execution of in-market activations, ensuring consumer experiences are seamless, engaging, and reflective of the brand’s values. Monitor competitor activity, cultural trends, and consumer conversations to identify opportunities for timely, relevant storytelling. 30%: Marketing Analytics and Performance Measurement Assist in tracking and reporting on campaign performance across key channels. Synthesize consumer and campaign insights to inform recommendations and optimize future campaigns. Partner with analytics teams to understand brand health metrics and consumer sentiment. 20%: Project & Budget Management Maintain campaign timelines, track deliverables, and provide updates to ensure projects are completed on time. Support budget management including invoice processing and vendor reconciliation. Ensure all campaign assets adhere to brand guidelines and meet quality standards.
