About The Position

We are looking for a creative, talented, and passionate Coordinator, Brand Marketing who will support the Marketing AVP, Senior Manager, and Manager to drive sales and market share growth for Charlotte Tilbury in North America. The Coordinator will also assist in tailoring 360 marketing campaigns to Ulta. Role Accountabilities As a Coordinator, Brand Marketing you will Brand Assistance Responsible for creative submissions & delivery of all new Brand NPD, existing content refreshes, & sampling asset libraries inclusive of imagery & copy needs in collaboration with the team. Execute competitive tracking/analysis (NPD, social content, competitive launches) Execute ratings & reviews programs - Brand Support content creation & strategy - Brand Support NPD analysis - monthly reporting. Support budget - PO management, new supplier set up, set up new SKUs, etc. Product orders & new launches comp tracking for marketing brand team Weekly marketing highlights send-out. Support key meetings - market meetings, company meetings, larger pop-up events, etc. Administrative Duties Assisting with PowerPoint presentations for all marketing needs, including Retailer presentations. Assist the Marketing team with all reporting & analytical needs. Prepare correspondence, reports, proposals, etc., based on business needs. Undertake ad-hoc projects specific to business needs.
