The VP, National Broker Manager is an important leadership contributor to the Berkley One brand and will be responsible for growth and profitable relationships with our national broker partners and leading and developing the sales team. You will create and implement a strategy that generates new business opportunities, agency efficiencies, and focuses on driving profitable growth. You will serve as the enterprise lead for national broker strategy, engagement cadence, and performance outcomes. This position will be based in one of our offices: Morristown, NJ Chicago, IL Wilmington, DE Our offices offer a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office; and 1 day remote where it makes sense to do so.
