About The Position

The VP of Marketing will lead strategy, analytics, technology, and team execution to help Imagen practices grow faster, operate smarter, and deliver an outstanding patient experience. This role involves crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies, building scalable systems powered by data analytics, AI, and automation, partnering with Operations and M&A, and commanding brand strategy and performance marketing excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including senior-level leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven mastery in digital marketing, brand strategy, performance marketing, advanced analytics, and patient or consumer acquisition with a track record of measurable success.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, commanding significant budgets and vendor relationships, and driving alignment across cross-functional partners in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience successfully scaling marketing functions in healthcare, dental, multi-location, or consumer service organizations with proven results.
• Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth company.
• Hands-on experience using AI, automation, and marketing technology to improve performance and efficiency.
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets with a focus on disciplined investment and measurable ROI.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute innovative marketing strategies that fuel explosive patient demand growth, maximize retention, and drive breakthrough practice performance.
• Build industry-leading scalable systems powered by advanced data analytics, AI, and automation to unlock new levels of marketing efficiency and impact.
• Partner with Operations and M&A to support practice growth, ROI, and future partnerships.
• Command brand strategy and performance marketing excellence, strategically manage vendor partnerships and substantial budgets, and inspire a world-class marketing team to deliver outstanding results.
• Additional responsibilities as needed to support marketing strategy.
