About The Position

Achieve is a leading digital personal finance company dedicated to helping individuals improve their financial well-being through innovative solutions. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to lead the expansion of Achieve Lending’s business through external strategic partnerships. In this role, you will represent Achieve to the fintech, retail, and banking sectors, responsible for cultivating third-party relationships to drive lending volume growth. This position requires a leader adept at both deal negotiation and understanding partnership economics, with significant P&L accountability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in business development or Strategic Partnerships within Fintech or Banking.
  • Deep understanding of consumer credit products, specifically HELOC and unsecured loans.
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex, multi-year revenue-share or white-label agreements.
  • Ability to build business cases and analyze partner projections against P&L performance.
  • Capacity to manage both personal loans and home equity lending dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead the go-to-market strategy for third-party relationships to distribute Achieve products.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of partnerships, from prospecting and negotiation to contract execution and post-deal value creation.
  • Oversee the financial health of partner-led channels, optimizing Cost of Acquisition (CAC), monitoring pull-through rates, and ensuring originations meet volume and profitability benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure competitive product offerings and a seamless partner onboarding experience.
  • Grow the HELOC business and scale distribution of unsecured personal loans through third-party channels.
  • Maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers at partner accounts to ensure Achieve products are prioritized for profitable growth.
