VP Information Systems

Coralogix•Boston, MA

About The Position

Coralogix is seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Information Systems to lead the Information Systems function. This role involves managing the existing team, ensuring internal business systems and data scale with company growth, and owning the company-wide IS strategy. The VP will oversee enterprise applications across functions like G&A, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success, and drive system integrations, data, automation, and AI adoption.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Information Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Business Systems, including 3+ years leading teams.
  • Proven experience managing teams across locations and owning systems across multiple business functions.
  • Hands-on knowledge of system integrations, APIs, workflow automation, and integration platforms such as Workato.
  • Experience leading system implementations (at least one full ERP, CPQ, or quote-to-cash rollout), defining technology roadmaps, and managing vendors.
  • Experience building a data platform or reporting layer, including shared metric definitions.
  • Practical experience putting AI tools and agents to work in business processes.
  • Experience with internal controls and audit readiness (SOX or similar) in a multi-entity, multi-currency company.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach: you can build a workflow yourself, not only manage people who do.

Nice To Haves

  • Hungry, humble, and smart cultural fit.
  • Experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Eagerness to shape the future of observability solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the IS roadmap, manage the existing team, and run one process to take in and prioritize all system requests.
  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise applications including NetSuite, Salesforce, DealHub, CaptivateIQ, ZIP, Gong, and Monday, ensuring each system is used to its full capability.
  • Manage the integration layer (Workato) and the data flows between systems, ensuring every key integration has an owner, monitoring, and a clear recovery path.
  • Work with R&D to build a governed data platform combining product usage data with business-system data, delivering automated reporting on ARR, margin, and adoption by product, and owning master data and shared metric definitions.
  • Automate recurring manual work across Finance and other teams, and help less technical teams build and use AI agents in their daily work, maintaining a clear pipeline of use cases with measured time saved.
  • Partner with leaders across departments to design end-to-end processes such as quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay, owning the systems, data between them, and standards.
  • Define policies, standards, and processes for system usage, access, and change management, running regular access reviews and segregation of duties, and keeping systems audit-ready.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, renewals, and technology-related budgets, checking actual usage before every renewal.
