About The Position
Reporting to the Chief Human Resource Officer, the VP HR, Safety and Security protects the environment, employees, and business from harm to allow them to reach full potential. The VP HR, Safety and Security directs ULS safety policies, regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA), and risk management strategies to minimize workplace accidents and hazards. This role drives a company-wide safety culture, manage incident responses, and report key performance metrics directly to executive leadership. Requirements
- Experience in HR, Safety, and Security
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Experience in risk management
