About The Position

The Vice President of HV/MV Services is an executive leadership role responsible for the full operational, commercial, and strategic performance of ACT’s High Voltage and Medium Voltage service line. This position oversees the day-to-day operations of ACT’s HV/MV technical support team and is accountable for developing and delivering transactional services and scopes across all HV/MV needs within Solar, ESS, and Data centers and all other aspects of electrical work within these facilities — including in-field feeder repairs, collection system maintenance, substation maintenance and support, switchgear, transformers, and associated electrical infrastructure. The primary focus of field repair activities is on MV feeder systems and collection circuit infrastructure within the solar facility boundary. The VP of HV/MV Services is also responsible for driving new business development, building scalable business processes, and positioning ACT’s HV/MV service line for sustained growth. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role that requires technical expertise, executive-level communication skills, and a proven ability to lead and grow high-performing teams. This position is approximately 50% reporting and 50% field-based, with travel as required to support operations, client relationships, and business development activities. This role is hybrid, partly based in the field, and is not assigned to the ACT Power Services main office location. Employees primarily work for or from customer sites where ACT Power Services provides Operations & Maintenance services. While the listed location(s) are preferred based on the primary site assignment, candidates residing in other locations may be considered. Travel to other sites across the United States may be required based on operational and business needs.
