The VP, Marketing Operations Enablement will own Health & Wellness Marketings operating system by designing, standardizing, and continuously improving how work enters, flows through, and is governed across the department. Reporting to the SVP, H&W Marketing Operations, this leader is responsible for enabling consistent delivery through clear intake and prioritization, scalable processes, capacity planning, and adoption of new ways of working. This role partners closely with Marketing peers, the Performance Marketing organization, and Analytics to accelerate speed-to-market, strengthen visibility, and improve operational performance through process, tooling, and measurement, leveraging existing MarTech and AI innovations where appropriate to enhance and expedite functions.
