About The Position

The Vice President, Growth, Channel & Enablement Marketing is a pivotal leader within the global Marketing organization, responsible for marketing excellence through scalable and integrated compute capabilities, Channel Marketing and Sales Enablement. This leader will enable strategic decision-making, drive consistent strategy, support execution, and drive integration and alignment across teams by acting as the connective tissue between integrated campaigns, brand, strategic planning, market insights, consumer, SMB, enterprise, digital, media, OEM, partner, BU and Sales teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 15+ years of progressive global marketing leadership experience, ideally within a technology organization.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing complex marketing strategies with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical and data driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business goals into integrated GTM strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead high performing teams in fast paced, highly matrixed environments.

  • 20+ years of progressive global marketing leadership experience, ideally within a technology organization.
  • Deep understanding of the technological ecosystem, specially in Compute.

Responsibilities

  • Align marketing initiatives with business objectives by translating Compute Marketing strategic goals into actionable briefs, messaging, journeys, and roadmaps.
  • Provide planning, coordination, and execution support to ensure all Compute marketing projects are delivered efficiently.
  • Establish and uphold project standards, governance frameworks, and change control processes to ensure consistency and adaptability.
  • Support and evolve the foundational tools to facilitate marketing effectiveness.
  • Proactively manage risks, optimize resource allocation, and balance team capacity to meet shifting priorities and timelines.
  • Enable a test-and-learn culture by supporting pilots, proofs of concept, and the rapid deployment of new marketing technologies.
  • Lead global development of worldclass sales enablement content, messaging, and training tools for all Qualcomm routes to market.
  • Plan and execute physical and digital marketing communications, reseller enablement, and ecosystem partner training.
  • Build and scale channel marketing infrastructure and comarketing programs to increase consideration and conversion for Qualcomm products and solutions globally.
  • Own global training content strategy, producing engaging and localized content across multiple modalities.
  • Support global sales through a best-in-class training delivery team and maintain robust regional language support.
  • Develop and manage LMS platforms, certification programs, and external agency partnerships for e-learning, video, and gamification experiences.
