ThoughtSpot is looking for a VP of Growth Marketing to lead the strategy, performance, and execution of the company’s growth engine across web, paid media, demand generation, and content. This is a senior leadership role for a marketer who knows how to turn company strategy into market momentum, pipeline, and revenue. The right candidate brings a strong point of view on how to build demand in a modern B2B environment, balancing brand and performance, long term growth and near term results, and global consistency with regional impact. This leader will own the digital and demand programs that shape how buyers discover ThoughtSpot, engage with our story, and move to pipeline. They will partner closely with Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Sales, SDR, Regional Marketing, and Marketing Operations to ensure growth strategy is aligned to business priorities and executed with precision.
