About The Position

Audyence is seeking a strategic and highly creative VP of Marketing to lead brand, growth, and demand generation efforts. This role will report directly to our Chief Executive Officer, and will drive innovative, data-informed marketing strategies across B2B audiences while leveraging modern AI-native tools and automation to scale and accelerate desired outcomes. The ideal candidate is both a visionary and an operator who thrives thinking outside the box, building unique standout campaigns, and implementing modern AI-native systems that efficiently drive measurable pipeline growth. This is not a traditional marketing leadership role. You and the team you will build and develop will be expected to: Architect a data-driven GTM system powered by AI and automation Build a distinct, category-creating brand that breaks from conventional B2B norms Execute high-impact, cost-efficient demand generation and capture strategies Design and operationalize ABM motions, including premium event experiences as a core growth lever Recruit, develop and lead a high-performance marketing team

Requirements

  • 8 to 12+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a senior leadership role in B2B media, martech or adtech
  • Proven track record of building and scaling GTM systems to driving demand generation and pipeline growth in a high-growth environment
  • Deep hands-on experience with modern technology stacks, including:
  • HubSpot, or similar AI-enabled CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Claude Sonnet, Blaze.ai or similar AI-content creation methodologies
  • Canva or similar short- and long-form content design tools
  • Clay or similar enrichment and data-driven outbound platforms
  • Runway Gen-4.5, Kling 2.6 or similar high-fidelity AI-video generation tools
  • InVideo AI or similar social media video content creation tools
  • Pictory AI or similar content repurposing tools
  • Demonstrated ability to build and implement scalable marketing systems and processes focused on highly targeted ABM tactics targeting specific buying groups
  • Hands-on approach and a “builder-mentality” with the level of support typical of a B2B Marketing department
  • Highly creative thinker with a track record of launching unique and standout campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Establish closed-loop attribution and performance measurement frameworks tied directly to revenue outcomes
  • Continuously optimize conversion rates across the funnel using data, experimentation, and automation

  • Leverage first-party data, de-anonymized web traffic, and enrichment tools to create highly targeted outbound and inbound programs
  • Develop repeatable, scalable playbooks for pipeline generation
  • Demand Capture & Conversion Optimization
  • Own website strategy, including ongoing refreshes, CRO and personalization
  • Optimize lead capture flows, landing pages, and conversion paths
  • Design and deploy dynamic nurture streams tailored to ICP segments and buying stages
  • Partner with Product & Engineering to ensure a seamless user experience from first touch to activation

  • Define and execute a bold brand strategy that differentiates Audyence from traditional B2B competitors
