The VP of Growth Analytics is a senior leader who will oversee the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of ad tech integrations to enable measurement solutions for our client's Retail Media Network. This person will guide the retail media operations for a major beauty retailer, ensuring excellence in tagging, trafficking, reporting, and measurement. Success in this role requires a strong background in media operations, with specific expertise in retail media, to establish standards, streamline workflows, and deliver flawless execution at scale. The right candidate is highly proactive, detail-driven, and skilled at bringing clarity to complex initiatives, especially when working with non-technical stakeholders. They should possess a deep understanding of Retail Media Networks, ad tech, and campaign performance measurement requirements. This leader will unify internal teams, external vendors/partners, and clients within a consistent operating framework. Mastery of ad tech platforms, strong analytical capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential to deliver scalable, revenue-driving RMN solutions.
