About The Position

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Vice President of Growth to collaborate in Acceleration Academies’ expansion efforts. This role will oversee business development, sales strategy, and partnership initiatives, driving enrollment growth and building strong relationships with school districts, education leaders, and community stakeholders within specific states and product offerings. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales and growth leader with deep experience in K–12 education, consultative sales, and managing complex business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing complex initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel regionally or nationally as needed (up to 25–40%)
  • A deep commitment to serving non-traditional learners and improving student outcomes through innovative education models.

Responsibilities

  • Execute on the organization’s growth strategy, including sales, partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with school districts, state agencies, and community partners.
  • Drive revenue growth through consultative selling, complex negotiations, and long-term relationship management.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and innovative business models aligned with the organization’s mission.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to align messaging, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Represent Acceleration Academies at conferences, industry events, and with high-level stakeholders.
  • Track, analyze, and report on growth metrics, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of a high-value experience for partner districts and schools.
