We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to lead global HR initiatives for our Business Analytics, Technology and Product group (BATP). The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and provide expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, and culture transformation. This role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of the technology function, a passion for driving business results, and a commitment to fostering a people-first culture.

Requirements

12+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as a senior HRBP supporting a technology organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Master’s preferred.
Experience advising executive leaders and influencing business strategy in fast‑paced environments.
Proven experience supporting a global technology function and evolving operating models.
Global HR experience, including multi‑country employee relations and workforce practices.
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance in a technology context.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to coach and influence senior leaders.
Demonstrated change leadership across organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation.
HR certification (SPHR, SHRM‑SCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with Executive leaders and their leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Provide counsel on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management to drive operational excellence.
Serve as a member of the senior leadership team to contribute to business decisions and strategy formulation.
Partner with finance on headcount and related budgetary items.
Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent for BATP.
Develop and implement programs for leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
Identify and address skill gaps to build a high-performing, agile workforce.
Act as an advocate for employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Handle complex employee relations issues with professionalism and fairness in partnership, and where needed, with local Country HR Directors.
Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across BATP.
Partner with Total Rewards to ensure competitive, equitable, and motivational rewards programs.
Drive the implementation of performance management processes that support business objectives and employee growth.
Lead HR projects, including process improvements and system implementations, ensuring efficient and scalable HR operations.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Monitor HR metrics and deliver data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Lead and inspire the BATP HR team, providing them with guidance and coaching to deliver HR operational excellence to our customers and a fantastic employee experience.
