This role owns the Global product and Market strategy for SPX Cooling and is directly accountable for delivering profitable growth, margin expansion, and market share gains across HVAC, Refrigeration and Process Cooling. The VP leads product management, strategic marketing, and pricing as a fully integrated growth engine—translating market insights, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and technology trends into winning product roadmaps, differentiated value propositions, and consistent go-to-market execution at scale. This leader is a central driver of overall business performance and plays a key role in: Accelerating growth in priority verticals, Shaping and executing the multi-year strategic plan with clear accountability for outcomes, Originating and executing M&A opportunities aligned to growth and capability needs, Driving alignment across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Operations around a common set of priorities. Success is defined by measurable business outcomes—revenue, margin, share.
