Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in senior management level roles, ideally in media, digital or broadcasting. Experience leading diverse teams and driving measurable success.
  • Strategic visionary with the ability to see the big picture and develop plans to achieve it. Comfortable with P&L ownership, financial planning, and operational excellence.
  • Understanding of broadcasting regulations, content guidelines, and compliance standards.
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ability to drive profitability while managing expenses.
  • Natural communicator and connector. Ability to build trust, foster loyalty, and amplify client satisfaction. Ability to inspire and motivate your team.
  • Strong digital acumen and understanding of how to leverage emerging technologies — including AI — to drive innovation and revenue growth.
  • Growth mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments and embracing change. Belief that culture is a leadership responsibility. Continuous learning, adapting, and pushing boundaries.
  • A valid driver's license, up-to-date insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness and ability to travel when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge in amplifying our market presence, ensuring every team — from content creation to sales — is aligned with our strategic goals and delivering results.
  • Maximize share of wallet across all media platforms in your marketplace. Guide sales and marketing teams to hit revenue targets, grow audience engagement, and build lasting client relationships.
  • Develop and implement innovative business plans across departments. Identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and ensure every team is set up for success.
  • Mentor and inspire cross-functional teams while actively shaping a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Model our values, foster collaboration, reinforce accountability, and create an environment where people feel engaged, supported, and motivated to do their best work. Develop future leaders and strengthen team cohesion.
  • Dive deep into competitive landscapes and audience data. Use insights to fuel expansion strategies and keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, advertisers, community leaders, and industry partners. Be a visible culture carrier and the face of AMP Sales & Marketing Solutions in your market, amplifying our reputation and impact.
