Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Active NC HVAC Contractor’s License (or the concrete ability to obtain one promptly).
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Proven track record with several years of executive management or senior leadership experience (ideally within the mechanical, HVAC, or trade services sectors).
  • Ability to thrive, multi-task, and maintain a cool head in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to translate complex policies into clear, actionable guidance for teams and stakeholders.
  • Laser-sharp attention to detail and elite time-management skills.
  • Consistently dependable performance and attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute aggressive growth strategies; develop and manage robust budgets while identifying smart opportunities for cost optimization and profitability.
  • Oversee day-to-day business functions, streamlining workflows and establishing best-in-class policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Recruit, mentor, and elevate a high-performing team. Foster an environment of continuous feedback, accountability, and professional development.
  • Track market trends and KPIs to capture new business opportunities while ensuring our existing customer base receives unparalleled service and rapid issue resolution.
