About The Position

Responsible for all financial reporting functions within an organization. Oversees work related to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and ensures compliance with organizational standards and government regulations (including GAAP). Reviews and approves required debt and agency filings, including those for all warehouse and credit facilities. Reviews and interprets regulations and provides technical accounting guidance across the organization, including the preparation of technical accounting memos. Provides accounting assistance during special projects, such as mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures. Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring and performance management. Collaborates with other members of the executive finance management team to align departmental strategy or direction with the overall goals of the organization. Develops policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization. Complies with all company policies and procedures. Maintains regular and punctual attendance. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • At least 15 years of experience
  • CPA License
