The VP, Finance will partner closely with executive and operations leadership to drive enterprise financial performance and strategic decision-making. This role will lead initiatives focused on EBITDA expansion, margin improvement, risk identification and management, pricing discipline, and cost optimization. The VP will translate financial insights into operational actions across multiple sites and markets, support board reporting, lender requests, and private equity sponsor deliverables, and help build the financial roadmap toward future exit readiness. The position also involves owning annual budgeting, long-range planning, pipeline management, cash-flow, and rolling reforecast processes. The VP will develop KPI dashboards and scorecards, analyze site and system-level performance, and improve forecast accuracy and accountability. This role acts as the finance leader supporting divisional, regional, and site operations teams, collaborating with the accounting team to structure new entities, systems, and reporting. The VP will create a strong performance culture with disciplined monthly business reviews, drive accountability for revenue, expenses, staffing models, and operational metrics, and support new contract and health-system performance. Additionally, the VP will build scalable finance processes, standardize reporting, planning tools, metrics, controls, and operating cadences, and design and implement SOPs. The role includes leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing finance organization, upgrading talent, and fostering a culture of urgency, ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
