About The Position

The Vice President of Finance will play a critical leadership role in shaping the financial strategy and operations of the organization across the United States. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably within a large or complex organization.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and generate insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Leadership and communication skills are essential for effectively managing the finance team and collaborating with executive leadership and other departments.
• Expertise in financial systems and technology enables the VP to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy.
• Risk management and regulatory knowledge ensure the company remains compliant and financially secure.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills are critical for navigating financial challenges and identifying growth opportunities.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
• Experience in a publicly traded company or experience with IPO processes.
• Familiarity with advanced financial software and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Experience in strategic business partnering and driving organizational change.

Responsibilities
