Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial systems within a complex, multi-entity environment
  • Hands-on experience leading ERP implementations or post-go-live optimization (Workday strongly preferred)
  • Experience driving process standardization, automation, and systems transformation initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong understanding of financial operations, controls, reporting, and data governance
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the Workday Financials environment following go-live, including roadmap planning, optimization, and future module expansion
  • Lead finance operations strategy, driving standardization of processes, policies, and controls across a multi-entity organization
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Accounting to align end-to-end workflows, data integrity, and system integrations
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks, including change control, data standards, and system documentation
  • Support M&A integration efforts, including onboarding acquired entities into financial systems and aligning operating models
  • Drive visibility through reporting, metrics, and dashboards to support executive decision-making and operational performance
