About The Position

The Vice President of Enterprise Systems is a senior technology leader responsible for shaping, delivering, and operating the enterprise application landscape for a private‑equity‑backed organization in the luxury utility market. This role has global scope and partners closely with the CIO and executive leadership to ensure enterprise systems enable growth, operational excellence, scalability, and value creation. As a trusted advisor to the CIO, the VP of Enterprise Systems bridges strategy and execution—aligning technology investments with business priorities across commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate functions—while ensuring platforms are secure, resilient, and future‑ready.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with preference for manufacturing, industrial, or complex operational environments.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise platforms, including Salesforce and large‑scale ERP solutions.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution in fast‑moving, growth‑oriented organizations.
  • Demonstrated success leading, developing, and scaling high‑performing technology teams.
  • Experience leading enterprise modernization, digital transformation, or ERP/CRM programs.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, and enterprise governance.
  • Experience operating in private‑equity‑backed or transformation‑focused environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and governance for major enterprise platforms, including: Salesforce and CRM ecosystems (sales, service, customer experience) and ERP platforms supporting manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations.
  • Ensure enterprise systems are scalable, secure, integrated, and optimized for performance and reliability.
  • Establish and maintain application roadmaps that balance modernization, technical debt reduction, and business innovation.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of major technology initiatives—from roadmap development and business case creation through implementation and stabilization.
  • Ensure strong service delivery, system availability, and business continuity across all enterprise platforms.
  • Partner with infrastructure, security, and architecture teams to ensure systems meet cybersecurity, compliance, and governance standards.
  • Drive disciplined execution, vendor management, and financial oversight for enterprise systems programs.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, relatable language for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Promote transparency and shared understanding of technology decisions across the organization.
  • Lead change management efforts to support adoption, capability building, and sustained value realization.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop enterprise systems leaders and teams, building strong succession and long‑term capability.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, continuous learning, and high performance.
  • Support recruiting, talent development, and performance management across the enterprise systems organization.
  • Encourage innovation while maintaining operational discipline, governance, and stability.
