About The Position

Hippocratic AI is seeking senior VPs of Enterprise Sales to join their commercial team and secure transformative deals with major health systems across the country. As a key member of the go-to-market team, the role involves managing a named-account territory, engaging with C-suite executives to drive sales through vision selling, and overseeing rigorous deal structuring, including ROI modeling, governance, security reviews, and procurement processes. This position reports to the Chief Growth Officer, with opportunities to collaborate with executive leadership and the CEO on high-impact strategic deals. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience selling software solutions to healthcare providers, adeptly navigate complex organizational structures, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience selling enterprise software, services, or transformation engagements to health systems.
  • At least one role held at a company with fewer than 500 employees.
  • Proven track record of personally closing enterprise deals valued at $1M+ at health systems, with consistent top-tier performance.
  • Ability to construct an ROI model that satisfies CFO reviews and a clinical narrative that satisfies CMO reviews.
  • Strong healthcare industry knowledge, enabling effective communication with CFOs on margin pressure, CMOs on clinical workflow, and CIOs on integration risk.
  • Experience selling into novel categories requiring buyer budget creation, such as digital health category creation, novel-mechanism pharma launches, or transformation consulting.
  • Established relationships with health system CIOs, CMOs, COOs, and CDOs.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage named accounts as a business, prioritizing them by readiness, managing capacity across tiers, and executing the full sales cycle to closure.
  • Engage and operate at the C-suite level, driving the transformation case with CEOs, COOs, CMOs, CIOs, CDOs, and CFOs to establish consensus for Hippocratic AI as the optimal solution.
  • Architect deals end-to-end, encompassing discovery, vision pitching, scoping, ROI calculation, governance, security, procurement, and contract finalization.
  • Develop multiple relationships with executive champions within client organizations to facilitate progress and accelerate deal closure.
  • Collaborate with clinical, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by staying informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and the evolving needs of healthcare organizations to effectively position Hippocratic AI.
