Learn more about Bank OZK benefits. Responsible for the strategic leadership, administration, governance, and support of Bank OZK’s digital platforms and services. Leads the development, delivery, support, and evolution of digital banking products and related technologies while ensuring system stability, security, operational excellence, and alignment with business objectives. Oversee digital product solution delivery, roadmap development, vendor relationships, and cross-functional initiatives to enhance the customer and employee digital experience. Provides leadership and direction to Digital Technology team members responsible for product management, system administration, support, and digital servicing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
8+ years of progressive experience supporting, administering, managing, or leading digital banking, financial technology, product management, or related technology platforms, required.
5+ years of leadership experience managing technology professionals, product managers, system administrators, or related technical teams, required.
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise technology initiatives, product implementations, and vendor relationships, required.
Extensive knowledge of digital banking systems, digital products, customer experience strategies, and financial technology solutions.
Knowledge of product management methodologies, product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and requirements development.
Knowledge of operational risk management, information security principles, business continuity practices, and regulatory expectations applicable to financial institutions.
Knowledge of software implementation, testing, release management, and system administration practices.
Ability to develop strategic plans and successfully execute organizational objectives.
Ability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing technology teams.
Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and regulators.
Ability to build strong partnerships and influence outcomes across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

Provides leadership to the Digital Services organization encompassing technology and servicing activities.
Develops team capabilities through coaching, career progression planning, succession planning, and cross-functional employee development opportunities.
Executes the strategic vision, roadmap, and long-term plans for the Bank's digital technology platforms and services.
Provides oversight of the digital product portfolios, supporting priorities for new products, enhancements, integrations, and operational improvements.
Serves as the primary subject matter expert and business partner for Digital Technology platforms across the organization.
Partners with business units, technology teams, and executive leadership to align digital solutions with organizational objectives and strategic initiatives.
Evaluates emerging technologies, industry trends, and market opportunities to continually enhance the Bank's digital capabilities.
Oversee the administration, support, maintenance, and enhancement of digital technology systems, ensuring maximum availability, performance, and reliability.
Ensures digital technology platforms maintain appropriate security, resilience, governance, and regulatory compliance standards.
Directs product selection, implementation, enhancement, upgrade, testing, and release activities for assigned platforms and services.
Aligns digital technology priorities with approved business strategies and roadmaps.
Oversees product delivery roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization processes to balance innovation, operational stability, and business value.
Ensures the development of complete business requirements, product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, test plans, and success metrics.
Monitors system performance, customer adoption of features, supplies operational metrics, and reviews user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and drive product solutioning decisions.
Supports vendor relationships, contract performance, service escalations, and strategic partnerships related to Digital Technology platforms.
Collaborates with Information Technology, Information Security, Risk Management, Operations, Marketing, and other business units to deliver integrated digital solutions.
Ensures appropriate testing, quality assurance, release management, and change management practices are followed across Digital Technology initiatives.
Establishes operational procedures, standards, and documentation supporting Digital Technology products and services.
Participates in incident response, problem resolution, business continuity planning, and major production issue management as necessary.
Manages department budgets, technology investments, and resource planning to maximize operational efficiency and business value.
Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in performing essential job functions.
Maintains good punctuality and attendance at work.
Follows Bank policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Travels for company business as necessary.
