Position Overview: The Vice President, Corporate Development & Strategy (CD&S) is accountable for leading the development and execution of Motiva’s enterprise growth strategy, portfolio optimization agenda, and strategic investment priorities. Reporting to the EVP, Commercial, this role provides senior leadership over Corporate Development, Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions, ensuring alignment of strategic initiatives with Motiva’s long-term business objectives and shareholder priorities. The VP, CD&S partners closely with the ELT, Shareholder, and external stakeholders to identify and mature strategic growth opportunities, optimize enterprise portfolio decisions, and ensure disciplined governance and value delivery across strategic investments, transactions, and enterprise initiatives.
