This officer must represent the bank in a variety of social and business events. Performs business development activities in retail market area. The incumbent is responsible for the sound extension or denial of credit to customers seeking loans on a direct basis and is accountable for the terms extended on such credit. This position is guided by the Bank's policies, procedures and lending limits. Must actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization and follow established company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of Consumer Lending experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• Excellent communication and human relation skills
• Seasoned in consumer and retail lending, marketing, and management

Responsibilities

• To make all types of direct consumer and Home Equity loans which are consistent in quality to satisfy Bank standards for safety and profitability
• Promote good customer relations
• Seek and develop quality new business including profitable depository accounts
• Perform business development activities in retail market area
• Represent the bank in a variety of social and business events
• Responsible for the sound extension or denial of credit to customers seeking loans on a direct basis and is accountable for the terms extended on such credit
• Actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture
• Support the values of the organization
