About The Position

Procore is a global leader in the construction industry, dedicated to fostering innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a visionary and strategic Vice President to lead Communications, Brand, and Executive Experiences and Events. As a key member of the Marketing leadership team, reporting to Procore’s Head of Marketing, you will lead a world-class, multidisciplinary organization; unifying our narrative, the creative expression of our Brand, and experiential touchpoints to drive global engagement and business impact. This position has the opportunity to be based in our Austin, TX office or work remotely from any U.S. location. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of communications experience, with senior leadership experience at a publicly traded company.
  • Additionally seeking brand, events or marketing leadership experience.
  • B2B technology experience is preferred.
  • BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field – or career equivalent.
  • Proven ability to be a visionary while applying the tactical expertise to achieve "big picture" objectives.
  • Strong skills in using data and customer insights to drive creative direction and measure the effectiveness of programs.
  • Exemplary communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders and executives.
  • An AI-forward orientation, applying new technologies to streamline processes and create differentiated customer, employee, and team experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own the company narrative, ensuring a consistent voice across all internal and external touchpoints.
  • Serve as a key business partner, advising senior leaders on Communications strategy, reputation management, and public relations.
  • Oversight of the creative expression of the Procore, owning consistency across all channels.
  • Identify opportunities for differentiation within the competitive landscape by leveraging customer insights and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Executive sponsorship and oversight of Groundbreak (our global customer conference), tier one regional events, and tailored executive experiences.
  • Senior ownership for Procore’s Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs) program, delivering impactful, high-touch experiences for customers.
  • Digitally connect and scale event experiences.
  • Foster a rich customer community through initiatives like the Culture Academy and Customer Advisory Boards.
  • Manage media relations and influencer strategies for a publicly traded company.
  • Connect external and internal communications; own strategy for employee communications and ‘all company’ meetings to foster transparency and engagement.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, globally distributed team.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Strategy to ensure full-funnel execution and alignment.
  • Apply an AI lens on how to create differentiated experiences and streamline processes which challenge the status quo.
